They pretend you can reach out to them but they either show errors sending messages or send push notification that they have responded but there is nothing new in the chat and the chat is cleared and it says hi what's your problem. What is your problem, guys? You have changed my flight from direct 4 hours to indirect 9 hours? Are you ok?
