I used this app for the first time in Valencia, Spain, and initially, it seemed fine. The app showed my trip would cost €8.50, so I went ahead and took the ride. However, about an hour later, I received a notification that my final invoice was for €12 which’s more than what I had agreed to. Be very careful if you use this service. They changed the price on me after the fact, and because of that, I won’t be using it again.
