I’ve been playing Episode since 2017. It used to be one of my favorite games. I recently downloaded it again after many years, and I’m shocked by the amount of ads and how inconvenient everything has become. I won’t even comment on the update for now. But before I can even start playing, I’m shown an ad and I can’t close it. The only button there is “Open Store,” which redirects me to the App Store. I go back to Episode, and there is no close button. No X at all. I literally can’t exit the ad and start playing the game.
