I’ve been using Rappi most days for more than 4 years in multiple countries. You’ve really got to watch them, they’re deceptive and use scammy tactics. They’re not even half of what UberEats was. Problems with Rappi: First, they will over promise and under deliver. They will charge extra for a turbo 10 minute order. But its unlikely that you’ll get the order in under 30 minutes. Second, your order will frequently turn up cold, missing items or completely destroyed. And Rappi will do nothing. But there is a solution: don’t rate the delivery on Rappi, rate the restaurant directly on Google maps
