Buggy application
Tried to pickup preferred seat during flight checkin, but received error BookingContactMissing during the last step.
The same procedure using the Ryanair website was also an unsuccessful, it didn’t give any errors, just cleared the credit card text fields. Tried calling support service - the waiting time was more than 20 minutes. Gave up, didn’t want to waste my time on this anymore.
To conclude - poor customer service and buggy application.
