I booked international flight via American and Qatar. I tried to do online check in, no option, i go to American airline site with reference no provided it tells you go to Qatar website for check in, i go there it tells you ticket sold by American go to their website. I calm customer service two hours on hold and they can’t even connect and retrieve my booking on either airline and they trying to beat around bush , give you excuses we don’t sell tickets.
