I ordered some food. The delivery person completely missed the address, placed my order on the street at the wrong address and marked it as complete. When I opened a support ticket about this matter, all uber had to say was “the delivery person waited for long enough, hence the delivery is not eligible for a refund”. Excuse me, but how is it my fault that the rider is incompetent, can not follow a clear set of instructions and leaves food out randomly on the street? Robbery, perhaps even a lawsuit is in order

The amount of incompetence a company could have is limited.. was what I thought until last week. Flixbus is literally the worst bus company one could ever try. Let me tell you why: Last week, I had 2 tickets booked from the Bergamo Airport, to Milan Central Station. The booking was from 09.25. We arrived to the bus stop at 09.10, waited until 09.45. 3 buses came in that time, and when I asked the drivers, every single one replied “this is not the one that goes to Milan, maybe the next one”. When consulting the online chat support, they told me that out bus left at 09.28 from the exact location
