At first I was happy that I got gift cards back, and I kept on shopping. Then, I started seeing how these rewards didn’t show up in few days, and there is nobody you can talk to. There is no phone number or chat. Only Q&A. So I’m pretty much just disappointed or return the items to merchants. You won’t lose money, but you won’t get everything you expect either. You have to understand the terms and exclusions very well to get the best out of it.
