Have fully updated iOS and iPadOS environments. Other Apps can update. Your app not! The biggest problem is, when you return from a vacation, and your App is first in line, it blocks all other updates, when selecting “Update All”. Updating the App individualitet is not possible either. It just ignored the request. Updating remaining 31 Apps one-by-one is really not a decent approach. Something you obviously didn’t bother to check, ehhh..? Why not “pull” (or “hide”) your paid for app, until it is actually approved and available to mere mortals?

The most “stupidified“ iPhone app, I’ve ever encountered. If your phone has Danish as standard language (also practical for a dane talking 7 languages, fluent in three, and passable in several in addition to 7), the Chat option is not present at all. You’re not even told, that this option can be available (just select different default language for the app). I’m not going “option hunting” for every App out of around a hundred or so I install for use a few times a year. Doesn’t help, that support recommends using chat (or Meta-hell on earth WhatsApp, never going to happen). No iMessage support

Kind of a battle-cry from ancient software history. Like a Ford-T, that you (originally) could get in any color you wanted, as long as it was black. Ford grew wiser; the “latte” folks do not seem to posses that quality to the same degree. A lot of the iOS 11 standard interface handling is not really supported in full. RAW/DNG images not supported. Neither on i.e. iPhone 8 Plus nor on iPad Pro 10.5. Imports only the embedded thumbnails from the raw-files. This makes the App unusable in all those cases, where optimum camera image quality is required.

This is one of the few apps, that just work. It's simple to use. It's logical and has an intelligently simple way of switching between tablet and keyboard use. I simply love it for controlling my computers, while viewing the screen on my flatscreen hi-res TV from my sofa.
