Firstly the app never worked for me, I gave them all my information and they said it would take a few days to approve. It never worked i messaged them it’s like talking to a wall. Even after getting in contact with them them my account still didn’t work. Secondly I understand that this is an Ai app so I knew I was going to be talking with a chatbot, it would’ve been great if the chatbot can actually help you instead of giving generic answers, also another reason I got this app was that if you needed assistance you’d be able to contact support.
