My venmo got hacked somehow, was never notified I only found out because I saw a $32 charge on there to a fake Kohls Department store which I obviously didn’t complete. So instead of fixing that problem, they did refund me, but they suspended my account to stop any further access since my checking account is on there. They said they sent an email to resolve this on december 10th, which I never received. Finally someone reached back out to me today, after getting the fraudulent charge on November 13th, and them still not refunding it until December 1st. Now Im finally able to submit A NEW ident
