I upgraded to the annual plan only to use the AI/video template feature. After paying, I discovered that the feature is still locked behind extra “credits” that cost more money. The app makes it look like upgrading will unlock the feature, but in reality it only unlocks the button, not the actual ability to use it. This is not clearly explained before purchase. If it was transparent that real usage requires additional payments, I would never have upgraded. This pricing model is confusing, misleading, and feels intentionally designed to make users pay twice.
