I’ve tried many apps
I’ve tried so many different workout apps and this one by far has guided me through the proper form and excellent exercise suggestions to reach my goals. I was borderline panic attack when I first started as a woman with fear that I’d be corrected or evaluated by others. Now I feel much more confident and have been lifting consecutively for over a month almost every day, about 2 hours per workout. The only suggestions to improve are including variations of different exercises (like cable kickbacks) or including other plate-loaded machines and variations for those machines, such as the iso la
