This is such a beautiful app that I don’t want to give it a bad review as it saved me when my father died at the end of 2019 but now my senior rescue dog has died unexpectedly.. literally held him and watched as he struggled with his last breaths out of nowhere and I am not okay and I really need to use these again every night. Please restore my purchases. I had to unload part of the app for space on my iPhone every time they push an update. Thank you

I have several fire tvs… each can be completely frustrating if you try to use with anything but the original remote. Alexa herself is hit or miss with them but this app takes the cake. Could be so good.. So helpful.. but it is incredibly frustrating. People are being too kind dancing around the issues here. You have to reset the app with the tv EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU GO TO USE IT even if you’re logged in… That’s RIDICULOUS App rarely seems to go w/what you’re trying to reach… goes to far up or down or selects something else Took me 10 minutes last night to finally land on a show on Peacock.
