I almost never write reviews but I hate this app so much that I’m sharing here in the hopes that something might change. I’ve never had so much trouble retrieving a concert ticket on any other platform. Even though I have face recognition activated, it still accuses me of being a bot and refuses to let me sign in and then I have to go through a whole process of resetting my password and re-verifying my identity. They don’t send you any sort of email attachment of your ticket so you’re required to download the app and jump through these hoops just to access it. In the future, I will do everythi
