I recently realized that I have likely been getting charged by Adobe for premium features on the iPad and the iPhone versions when one subscription should have covered both. I canceled my subscription on iPhone and lost all premium features on iPad. Customer service is nonexistent, so I have no way to find out what’s going on. The automated chat says that they have no record of an account connected to my email, but they send notifications to me through it. This company is a joke. You might be impressed if you have never used an app before, otherwise there is a long list of apps that do more for less money or even free. I thought I was signing up for a trial, but found out that I have it for a year for $30.
