I’ve used Strong for about 4 years now and I’ve always loved it but the most recent update has made things even better. The smart watch integration specifically has been improved dramatically. Usually after a set I’ll log it on my watch but sometimes I need to do it from my phone, and either way everything is so seamless and there’s no more delay in trying to get things to sync. Also, you can access all of the features from the watch itself now, even the more complex things, which is really useful, and it’s laid out in a very intuitive way.
