I have several issues with this app! First, it’s ability is very limited. For example, it can’t analyze a photo and tell you your skin type or analyze a chart… And the free chat gpt version can do that!! How is that possible? Second, I payed the PRO version in July and it should have worked on my desktop too. But it didn’t. It doesn’t recognize through my log in that I payed for the PRO version. I wrote at least 3 times to customer service, they replied asking for my id number and then never replied or fixed the issue. And third, I asked for a refund but they just ignored me.
