I traveled for 2 months in Europe it’s not my first travel but it was my first time booking hostels with hostel world and I was basically scammed. Before doing this review ( during my travel ) I contacted the staff of this app about my problems but I tried and tried again and each time the employees either repeated themselves or didn’t read my emails at all. On my credit their was always a 10-20$ more than the price that was shown at the start IT wasn’t the deposit it was just a up charge but that wasn’t shown anywhere before I paid (i have proof ) their was also the time when I booked a stay
