I created an account to send my daughter money while she is studying abroad in London. I used Apple Pay to fund my account and within the first hour it was flagged as fraud. I followed hours of instructions to resolve the issue, submitted dozens of documents and at the end was somehow still declined an account and unable to access the money I had deposited in my account. This has been the most painful experience I’ve ever had dealing with an app. Hours of time spent with Support and I think I’m just going to give up on ever getting my money back.
