In an age where most modern cars come with an app, Mazda seems to be far behind the tech. Yes, the features it does have are convenient and nice…when the app works. I have to log in almost every time, regardless if I press the “keep me logged in” feature. Recently, Mazda updated the privacy policy and terms/conditions…I have to reagree to those every log in now. When logged in, the remote features and vehicle monitoring are nice, but not so nice that it doesn’t update in real time…like most other car apps. The change from one menu/screen to the next within the app is rigid and not smooth. It’s
