I pay the app in order to inform me who sending messages but nothing when I paid the app notes it's not possible to appear me so I spent 6euro for nothing

I have air2s and when I m flying with litchi the signal is worse than Dji app.. the image is stucking.. and finnaly I paid a app that i don’t use it!
