Resetting one’s password is made really hard. Verification codes do not arrive to the phone which means that I cannot log in. Cannot log in via mobile number because the maximum amount of digits you can insert on top of the country code is 7, but my phone number has 8 digits.

The app works well even without the premium account. However, the watches are with very low quality. Charge 5 has battery issues, Versa 3 was designed in a way that it had no option to change a broken screen. I doubt that newer models are without these issues. Don’t recommend.
