1. They have a bunch of sneaky ways to impose their Pro subscription on you. Like you forgetting to disable a checkbox or accidentally tapping on an annoying banner. They will annoy you with this garbage Pro subscription all the time 2. They casually cancel your in-progress orders and leave you without food, after you’ve waited for an hour or more 3. The delivery is horrible. Multiple times couriers were very late, multiple times they stopped on the wrong street (even though the address was obviously wrong), the food is often cold, the drinks are spilled, etc 4. The support is terrible 5. The
