If I could give this app a lower rating, I would do so. I reserved a Michelin restaurant in Italy. I had to pay in full in advance for the reservation via credit card ($1,700), which I did- it was to be a holiday booking with a prefixe menu. However, the restaurant has no record of the booking, and it turns out the restaurant is actually closed on the day booked. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company, as the restaurant was not able or willing to help when I called them directly. This has been a terrible experience and there is no one available to assist with the issue. I wi
