This is one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a BOYA microphone one week ago for YouTube voice-over work. Today it has been showing “Out for Delivery” since 11 AM, but till now nothing has been delivered. No calls, no updates, nothing. Customer service is absolutely useless they don’t respond properly and give fake assurances. Because of this delay, my work is completely affected. This app clearly does not value customers’ time. Highly frustrating experience. Strongly not recommended.
