i cancelled my subscription the day of the renewal as i wasn’t using anymore the app and shifted to canvas months ago. they rejected my cancellation and insisted on cashing me ‘final decision’ for one year while am not using the app; This is what we call ethical and professionalism.. for this reason and for various other i suggest you shift to Canva
