This device is a replacement for the former “Whistle” tracking device- we can only assume the company was bought by Tractive. We were informed by the company that we no longer had Whistle and would now have a device called Tractive. Nothing in Tractive matches the ease, effectiveness, and performance of Whistle. Experienced in the use of these devices, Tractive does not connect to the internet 80% of the time; Whistle did. The maps shown are fuzzy, Whistle was clear.
