Function of using task list in channels is great but creating templates is difficult because of unobvious fields and logics which are not described in manual. There are many bugs or hard for using logics in creating additional field in ticket and name it. Somehow the name of field duplicates in each new ticket and if you change it - the data in such type of field will be deleted everywhere. It's not everything what makes me mad but at least I tried to make your product better with my user story.
