The app is extremely unreliable. It often shows incorrect information about whether my car is locked or unlocked, which makes it impossible to trust for basic vehicle security. Remote start is also inconsistent. Sometimes the car does not start at all, and when it does, it shuts off far too quickly, making the feature barely useful. The app gives little to no feedback about whether a command actually worked. Overall, the app lacks useful, accurate, real-time information.
