After the update the last one I can’t see any UI only the background there are no buttons or anything else

I can’t restore my data after deleting the game.. I had done it before like 5 times and it had always worked.. now I don’t get to choose either keep it or restore your data when I first open the game as previously.. I have saved before deleting for sure.. what should I do???
