If I could rank this game with NO STARS I would! Their “customer service “ is anything BUT service. I hit a bonus on the platform and accidentally exited the game (on other apps that’s no issue) but when I returned to the game it didn’t award my bonus and no additional money hit my account when that specific bonus there is no way to receive NOTHING. I notified them AS SOON AS THE ISSUE HAPPENED. Three days later here I am still waiting for a resolution from their “designated team”. They just keep saying “ be patient with us “ but I’m tired of their inconsistent practices. Also “ randomly” my d
