I chose Yango expecting a smoother and more professional experience, but unfortunately, it was the opposite. I booked a car through the app for a 6-month period, but I was surprised to find that my booking history had been deleted. On top of that, the rental company started contacting me directly to change the agreement, which created confusion and concern.
