It is very difficult to see the tickets you have purchased. You need to navigate through Marketplace, and go through 4-5 clicks and an email validation (eventhough you are already logged in!). This is a poor customer experience because it is full of friction and uncertainty. They should know their customers better: after spending thousands of dollars on a ticket, the first thing you want to do is to see it (and quickly), to get peace of mind. Seeing your purchased tickets should be a one-click experience from the home screen.
