I’m disappointed in airbnb customer service because I recently booked a home that was listed as not having cameras - to which I have screenshots and a video screen recording of the listing when I booked it- but when I showed up there was cameras at the home, which it is against Airbnb policy to have a listing that says no cameras and upon arrival there are cameras. The host went and changed the listing after I confronted him and he wrote in the listing there are cameras so i have been trying to get a refund from airbnb because I left and they said I would be getting a refund but so far I have
