I’ve had some success on this app but recently I’ve been having glitches. The last survey I took completely froze and would not let me proceed forward. The first thing I did was reboot my phone and redownload the app I did this 2 times before I emailed customer support. In the email I stated the survey I was taking kept freezing and wouldn’t let me proceed even after reinstalling the app twice. The reply I got back was to try and reinstall the app and contact them again if it didn’t work which lead me to believe they didn’t read my email or this is a default reply to every issue because I sta
