indefinite loading

I love this game and want to play it all the time, however recently there has been a couple glitches that have not allowed me to. The first was when I played a random daily challenge and won tons of medallions that I didn’t really earn. I thought it was cool until I wasn’t able to play in arena matches after that and it would just load into the match indefinitely. This was a while ago and happened to many people so im sure it got fixed.
