The app itself is pretty good for guests, but decent at best for hosts. There are several bugs for updating your listing and no transparency for when there are new options to add or classify items on your listing. My main issue is customer support. I had a guest leave a very poor review but she was lying about her experience. This violates the Review Policies, yet Airbnb upholds it. I’ve been in contact with their “specialized support team” (both the AI messaging support and the support hotline) for 3 weeks and they cannot say anything that isn’t on a script. They apparently can’t connect an
