It’s incredible how a service with such poor support can get a rating above one star. Irrelevant automated responses, dropping the conversation, ignoring complains to quality control.

Everything has disappeared: the quality of meals, personnel competence, decent perks are in fact scam now. Cheating on free hotel on stopover in Istanbul and imposed changes in flight schedule without an opportunity to adjust it. Customer care is a bureaucratic nightmare. Avoid at any cost.
