Total garbage. What good is an offer to bring in customers if you’re going to interrogate them as though they’re some criminals, as stupid questions which are no one’s business, demand bank verifications to only put the transfer in pending indefinitely. I had the verification department call me and get into my personal life, asking who I’m sending money to, what our relation is, when I last saw her.. to in the end leave me pending for 20 hours till I just canceled the transaction and went to xoom, where my transfer was ready in 10 minutes.
