Overall, I tend to go for the app rather than the website. For the most basic of things, the app is great. However, it is absolutely terrible if you want to change your itinerary. I’ve tried multiple times on different trips and I end up having to call Copa to get everything fixed. The last time I tried to change an itinerary (return flight one day earlier than what I booked), the app messed up my itinerary so bad that my flight wasn’t even showing up anymore (which lead to a 45 minute call with Copa). And in this day and age it should be easy for them to make an iPad app. Overall I like Copa
