I’ve been using Sleep Cycle for 10 years and I just wanted to show my support after all this time having really enjoyed the experience. I use this in addition to the sleep tracking that Apple provides through my Apple Watch. I like to compare scores between the two and I feel like it gives me the best understanding of my results. Where Sleep Cycle really shines for me is the sound events like snoring, coughing, talking. It helps me figure out when I snore and maybe understand why I’m snoring if I take a look at my other data.
