From version to version, the voice volume problems are not going away. Even with a new phone, new iOS, the app often has low/high volume issues within the same sentence. Last update: nothing coming out via the speaker despite volume being on max. There is no way to control voice guidance volume independently than phone volume. It works via Bluetooth. Note re developer’s response: I will submit a ticket as the proposed links are for newbies with basic setup questions. Definitely not the issue here with what has been reported.
