App has usability issues
The app is very slow to open and slow to navigate between tabs. A large part of the screen is taken up by ‘ads’ of limited use (eg for a product I have or otherwise doesn’t apply) leading me to wonder whether the time to switch pages is related to the time it takes to load these informational tidbits. The bank says it uses these to communicate with customers but they really are of limited use, there’s no way to dismiss ones which just don’t apply, and most of all, they make it harder to use the app to get banking done which is why I opened the app in the first place.
