1- incomplete and selective updates on visa keeps u misguided and can lead to denied boarding during the journey 2- Support keeps you waiting till It gets disconnected . 3- gets false emails claiming they tried to reach you when 4 airlines even if they want cannot support you since the booking is made through an agent. I am deleting this app for good
