I used to be a runner. Half-marathons. Then COVID came and I fell wildly out of shape. I knew I needed something and started the app download frenzy after reading articles upon articles. Finally, I gave this a shot and initially it seemed pretty solid so I paid the subscription, which I was a little hesitant at first. But now, I’d happily pay it if I were to start all over. The distances, the walk run ratios, the soothing female voice with instructions and encouragement, it’s all been fantastic.
