Very disappointing experience. The host cancelled my reservation at the last minute, leaving me without accommodation and causing significant stress. What made it even worse was the complete lack of support afterward. Airbnb was quick to charge fees, but when I needed help finding an alternative place, there was very little assistance. This is not the level of service I expected after spending thousands of euros on the platform. I would not recommend relying on Airbnb for important trips.
