I played this game for more then 18 months. I quit it because the customer service is useless. They just say “sorry” and in the same time they act like morality is their value! It’s not! Money is their value and you can see it in ads, some of them longer then 60 seconds. To evolve you have to spend a lot of money!. I mean real money! The possibility to save your evolution is very unclear and if you make some mistake all of your work of 1 year could be lost in seconds, and they don’t care.
