I paid extra for two seats in an exit row by the window and I’m neither in an exit row, nor near a window. Could be worse because yesterday they had us in separate rows. I did tell the person at the counter in Rome but the best she could do was get us in adjoining seats. Don’t remember how much I paid extra for this, but lesson learned that Lufthansa is not that great. Sticking to Finn air next time
