I have been a Lagreeing at Home member for over a year, and I don't want to be without it! the instructors are excellent, and the classes provide so much variation. I like being able to filter the classes (time, intensity, upper body vs lower, abs, etc) and have exactly the kind of workout i need to compliment whatever else i may be doing that day.
